The company was founded in 2010 by Chris Gans. 

After completing degree studies and teaching IT, Chris had a career in the industry and worked as head of department for national companies, prior to setting up this business.

“It was quite apparent more than a decade ago that there was a growing demand for computer support for home users.  Like it or not, almost everyone has entered the fast-moving world of technology.

Email has become indispensable, and paper applications and forms are becoming a thing of the past. 

It was clear that people needed good communicators to help them with their requirements and explain matters in an easy to understand way.”
